We keep our service list focused because doing fewer things well beats spreading thin. Every visit follows a 42-point checklist that our team developed over six years of cleaning Manchester properties, from compact Ancoats flats to four-storey Didsbury houses.
Regular home cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly visits covering kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms. Our teams arrive in pairs and typically finish a two-bedroom flat in about ninety minutes. Prices start from £55 per session.
Office and commercial cleaning
After-hours cleaning for offices, co-working spaces and small retail units. We carry our own supplies and lock up when we leave. Monthly contracts start from £180 for spaces up to 100 square metres.
Deep cleaning
Move-in, move-out or seasonal deep cleans. We tackle oven interiors, behind radiators, skirting boards, window tracks and limescale build-up. A one-off deep clean for a standard three-bedroom house is typically around £180.
End-of-tenancy cleaning
Designed to meet letting-agent inspection standards. We photograph every room before and after, so you have evidence your deposit should come back. Prices start from £140 for a one-bedroom flat.
Why Manchester trusts us
Since 2018 we have completed over 4,200 cleaning jobs across Greater Manchester. Our rebooking rate sits at 89 per cent, which tells us most clients stick around after the first visit.
Every cleaner on our team is DBS-checked, insured and trained in-house for at least two weeks before they enter a client's property alone. We use eco-friendly products wherever possible and bring all equipment with us, so you do not need to stock anything.
Scheduling is flexible. Need a clean on a Saturday morning before guests arrive? That works. Prefer a regular Thursday afternoon slot? We will keep it reserved for you. Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice carry no charge.
