Our cleaning packages
All prices below are starting estimates and include labour, equipment and our own eco-friendly cleaning products. The actual cost depends on property size, condition and any special requirements you mention during the consultation. We do not charge VAT as we are below the VAT registration threshold. Every quote is confirmed by email before the first visit, so there are no surprises on the day.
Regular home cleaning
- Kitchen surfaces, hob and sink
- Bathroom sanitisation (toilet, shower, basin)
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Dusting surfaces and skirting boards
- Bed making on request
- Two-person team, approx. 90 minutes for a 2-bed flat
Deep cleaning
- Everything in the regular clean, plus:
- Inside oven, fridge and microwave
- Window tracks and interior glass
- Behind and under furniture
- Limescale removal in bathrooms
- Light switches, door handles and radiators
- Approx. 4–5 hours for a standard 3-bed
End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Full deep clean to letting-agent standards
- Before and after photo documentation
- Oven, hob and extractor cleaned
- All cupboards wiped inside and out
- Carpet vacuuming (steam cleaning available as add-on)
- Typically 3–4 hours for a 1-bed
Office and commercial
- Desk and workstation wipe-down
- Kitchen and breakroom cleaning
- Toilet and washroom sanitisation
- Floor vacuuming and mopping
- Bin emptying and liner replacement
- After-hours access; we lock up when finished
Carpet steam cleaning
- Pre-treatment of stains
- Hot-water extraction with professional machine
- Deodorising treatment included
- Furniture moved and replaced where safe
- Drying time approx. 2–4 hours
What affects your final price
We base every quote on a short phone or email conversation about your property. Here are the main factors that move the price up or down from the starting estimates above.

| Property size | More rooms or larger floor area means more time. A 4-bed detached house will cost more than a 1-bed flat. |
| Current condition | A home that has not been cleaned in months needs more effort than one on a regular schedule. Heavy grease or limescale adds time. |
| Frequency | Weekly clients pay less per session than fortnightly or one-off bookings because the workload is lighter each visit. |
| Access and parking | City-centre flats with paid parking or restricted access may carry a small surcharge to cover permits or extra travel time. |
| Add-ons | Extras like interior window cleaning, ironing or carpet steam cleaning are priced separately and added to the base rate. |
Common pricing questions
Do I pay before or after the clean?
We send an invoice after each session (or monthly for contract clients). Payment is due within seven days by bank transfer. We do not take cash on site.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Our minimum charge is £55 for a domestic visit and £90 for a commercial visit. This covers the travel, setup and at least 90 minutes of cleaning time.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice are free. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50 per cent of the session price, because we have already allocated a team and turned down other bookings for that slot.
Can I get a fixed monthly price?
Absolutely. For regular domestic or commercial clients we can agree a flat monthly rate based on the expected number of visits and scope of work. This makes budgeting simple and gives you priority scheduling.
Are the prices on this page final?
They are starting estimates. Your actual quote will be confirmed in writing after we discuss your specific needs. We never begin work until you have agreed the price in writing, so there is no risk of unexpected charges.
